MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Actively monitor and manage our customer’s infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, load balancers, databases,...) and respond to critical issues in a quick and efficient way; Troubleshoot technical issues to restore the availability; Plan, execute and/or participate in technical migrations and maintenances; Clear communication with customers (about requests, incidents & maintenances) through our ticketing system; Keep our infrastructure aligned with security best practices.JOB REQUIREMENTS2-3 years experience in Linux OS (CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu, RHEL);Experience in KVM virtualisation and Orchestration (Proxmox, libvirt, Apache Cloudstack);Experience with Cisco IOS Juniper (Cisco, Arista);Knowledge of basic network protocols and technologies (VLAN, DNS, DHCP, BGP);Ability to configure and support Apache/Nginx, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Postfix;[FB1] [ST2] [ST3];Experience with Firewall Routers ( Virtual, Physical, OPNSense, PFSense, VyOS, Mikrotik);Experience with VMware Virtualisation;Ability to identify and solve issues in complex and non-standardized system applications;Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team.Experience with Ansible Automation, Infrastructure Automation NICE TO HAVE Scripting Skills (Bash, Python, Ansible, YAML)CEPH Storage ExperienceAtlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)MS365 Cloud ServicesKubernetes SOFT SKILLS Have fun solving challenging technological tasks;Team player with strong own opinion;Strong customer orientation;Fluent written and spoken English;Reliability, flexibility, and commitment;Knowledge of German language will be considered as advantage.[FB4] EDUCATION For us, it is not that important how and where you got your knowledge.
