We are currently helping one of our major clients - a market-leading BPO company, in expanding one of their Customer Service teams. Main Requirements: • Previous experience within the Customer ServiceSupport or client-facing domain would be considered an advantage; • Fluency in one of the following languages: Norwegian, Swedish, Danish or Finnish; • An advanced level of English - above B2; • Good communication and computer literacy. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, social media, chat and e-mail; • Ensure accurate and timely information about products, delivery estimations and others are provided to customers; • Ensure customer satisfaction.
